The Idea
I think we all agree that studying can be the best period of your life. As a student I was living for five years in Vienna and time was flying by in the blink of an eye. These five years were not just special because of the freedom I had, the knowledge I gained and the fun I had. There is one more thing – friendship. Maybe meeting new people from all over the world at university, in my student dormitory or at different parties was the most exciting thing in being a student. All these different cultures, stories and impressions I got made me somehow getting addicted to it.
In the end, I moved to Barcelona and my private journey started again. After several months of thinking I want to realize a personal project which I was considering as a student already. I want to pass on a book around the world. Starting with an empty book and handing it over to someone you know. The goal is to get back a book full of different stories from as many people as possible.
Our goal has to be that we manage to make this book travel through all seven continents.

How to Participate
1) When you receive the book be creative and feel free to fill it successively. Tell us a little bit about you, about your life and how you know the person you got the book handed over. Furthermore, add a picture to your text.
Important: Just publish content which can be public. Keep in mind we don’t know who will read the book.
As I would like to trace the route of the book and publish it on the website please provide the following information beside the picture and the text:

When you received the book
Where you located (approximately)
2) When you are done with the book please send me your text and picture via email so I can add to the web site.
3) Handover the book personally to the next one (no mailing).
4) When we reached our goal and all empty pages are gone please contact me and send it back to me. The shipping cost will be on me.
